Why Healthcare? I found healthcare through my interest in marketing. I was looking for a job the first job I got happened to be in the hospital and I love it. I love the industry, I love the people who work in healthcare. I love the impact you can have on individual patient and society and I stayed.
Hot Topic that should healthcare leaders agenda: Engagement - patient and staff perspectives.
How have you created results by doing things differently?
Setbacks that you learned from: Earlier in my career, I was far more focused on my personal achievement. I learned from someone that I need to pay attention to developing the people working for me. That has changed the way I look at my work and it also dramatically influenced the work we do at Stamp&Chase.
What are you doing to raise the standards of your employees? Give our staff a little bit of encouragement. We have to create an environment and culture that really nurtures staff. We can deliver all the metrics, financials and number side if we embrace the power and dedication of the staff to deliver the mission.
Proudest leadership moments: I am most humbled and proud when clients tell us that they like that we practice what we teach.
Exciting Project: A brand new mobile application with leadership tools we have developed.
